  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

4. Products:

  • Products purchased from Swank Unisex Salon can be returned within 14 days if unused and in their original packaging, accompanied by the receipt.
  • Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • For the safety and comfort of all clients, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to receiving services.
  • We maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. If you notice any issues, please bring them to our attention immediately.

6. Gift Cards and Prepaid Packages:

  • Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Gift cards must be presented at the time of service.
  • Prepaid packages are non-transferable without prior approval from management.

  • We are not liable for any adverse reactions or injuries sustained from services or products used, especially if relevant medical conditions or allergies were not disclosed.
