Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Swank Unisex Salon, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. However, we understand that plans can change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:
Cancellation Policy:
- Appointments: We request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule efficiently.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
- No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged.
Refund Policy:
- Services: Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on any completed services. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, please let us know before leaving the salon, and we will do our best to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
- Products: Unused, unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please provide the original receipt for any returns or exchanges.
Special Considerations:
- Prepaid Packages: Prepaid service packages and memberships are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with prior approval from management.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be used for any services or products offered at Swank Unisex Salon.
